Shipping costs

Ilènne does not charge shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands and, regardless of the order amount or volume of the order. Orders are shipped by Ilènne as standard with DHL.

Deviate from standard shipping.
If the customer wants to deviate from the standard shipment, for example;
- shipment to a destination other than the Netherlands or Belgium.
- shipping with another transport service, or extra service such as signature for receipt or extra insurance.

Then the shipping costs apply as stated on the site of the relevant transport service.
